The new iPod touch devices announced today at Apple's event will be able to run Siri. The voice-activated virtual assistant has been gradually creeping its way into Apple's other products, and it's good to see it landing on the iPhone's little brother. It's still unclear if older iPod touch models will be graced with Siri through a software upgrade, but presumably the last generation should be able to handle her, right??
There's a lot of other cool stuff going on with the new iPod touch, particularly its new lanyard loop and camera, but you can read more about that stuff over here. Be sure to check out the rest of our iPhone 5 event coverage to see absolutely everything Apple has announced today.?
Any iPod touch owners excited about the addition?
