My Experience:
I bought this 3 years ago from Jessops, the kit included the camera body, 18-55mm lens, 70-200mm lens, camera bag and an 8GB memory card. All of this costed ?650 which I think is quite good and also to bare in mind is that the price has probably decreased because that was 3/4 years ago since I purchased it.
The Camera:
I do really like the camera as it's pretty straight forward and the dial for different shooting options has pictures instead of words so it's very easy to understand and not some secret code like I've found with the Canon DSLRs hehe. However, one thing I dislike about the camera is when you take a picture it sounds quite clunky (I know, not a big downfall) but I do prefer the Canon DSLRs for the actual shooting as I find it smoother.
One thing I also love about this camera as opposed to others is the live view because it's not something that many DSLRs come with and it's such a good feature to have. Also, the fact that the screen can tilt is really clever because if you're taking a picture at a funny angle, instead of relying to pure guesswork of what the camera's been aimed at it's more precise.
I would recommend this camera as a slightly cheaper alternative to 'leading' brands, however, I think it's more personal preference.
Summary: I would recommend this as I prefer it to the Canon I've tried.
