The eleventh annual Mind, Body, Spirit Games in Central Park today features a long list of health and fitness activities and classes, including yoga with Hilaria Thomas Baldwin, the new bride of actor Alec Baldwin. The day is sponsored by Fitness Magazine in partnership with New York Road Runners. Activities include a women?s and men?s four-mile run and? with kids? races (for ages 2-12). The? fitness festival is on Center Road, and includes exclusive pop-up classes from Pure Barre, SurfSET and Training Camp by Holly Rilinger, free gift bags and samples, exciting giveaways and live music. Hilaria Thomas Baldwin is teaching at 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., on the main stage, on a first-come, first serve basis.?Event website
- SurfSET: Work out like a surfer on this portable surfboard that simulates an actual ride. The RipSurferX Cardio & Resistance Trainer builds core strength, agility and power for total surfer body fitness.
- Pure Barre: This total body workout utilizes the ballet bare to perform small movements set to fantastic music, lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time.
- Training Camp: Fitness expert and trainer Holly Rilinger will lead an outdoor boot-camp style workout, designed to get your heart rate up and keep it up while executing moves like burpees, planks, squat jumps, push-ups and sprints.

- 8:00 and 8:30 AM: Yoga Vida Class with Hilaria Thomas Baldwin, Main stage, Center Road
